Generally, you will need to inquire at your Local BSNL Office and get clear information about this is there any private agent who is handling the setup and service part. If Yes then get his contact number and talk with him as I did.
OR there is a new way that BSNL recently Launched Apply For BSNL FTTH Online. You can visit BSNL official website and apply it there.
Here how you can apply for a BSNL Fiber connection online free of cost.
Time Required 10 minutes
Step 1: Visit the BSNL FTTH Application Link
o apply online search on google “BSNL FTTH Apply” or just click here to open the form. You will see a website as shown in the image below.
Warning: BSNL will not take any Advance Amount online, if your agent asks for Installation charges you can pay but the Security Deposite will come along with your 1st Month Bill from BSNL.
Step 2: Fill up the Application Form
Then fill up the details asked and provide a valid email and mobile number so that the customer executive and local BSNL Guide can contact you.
The following details are mandatory:
1. Your First and Last Name
2. Your Mobile and Email Address
3. Your State and District
4. Type of Service: Here you choose Bharat Fiber.
Step 3: Enter the Captcha and Submit:
Check your Application form details and enter the Captcha given in the last and Submit your Details. Then you will get a Request Number of your Application for BSNL FTTH.
Step 4: Note down the Request Number:
Once you submit Your Details You will get a Tracking ID or Request Number note that down. You can use the Request Number to track the progress of your BSNL Fiber Connection.
Advice: I would suggest you go for an offline medium. In the case of BSNL, the offline contact media works faster than the online application.
